Remote Leads
Call Monitor - An individual responsible for listening to and scoring digitally recorded in-bound Sales & Service Calls from a specific dealership. They are responsible for detecting and sending scored calls to the dealership as well as sending to automotive industry experts (known as Call Coaches). They will send potential Save-A-Deal calls directly to the client - while maintaining a comprehensive record of activities.

Agent - Phone and internet specialists who work within the Remote Leads Management operations (or Virtual BDC). They are skilled at taking live leads via the telephone & internet with the objective of setting appointments. They are required to perform extensive CRM follow-up processing of prospects for up to 120 days.

Trainers - One who trains automotive personnel, especially in areas of sales, phone, internet, customer handling and process improvement. Must have relevant experience to fit the curriculum.

Call Coach/Automotive Industry Experts - A person who gives instructions to call handlers through recorded audio files and live targeted phone calls. They offer specific training or tutoring to individuals based upon having listened to the calls sent to them by the Monitors along with timely reports. Must have both automotive and call handling expertise.

Marketer/Reseller - One that represents PCS-Global’s products and services – either in a particular market or a product line. Positions available in both salaried and commissioned bases.

Consultants - Individual who provides on-site counsel and assistance to clients on specific assignments; provides strategic expertise, operational advice or the deliverer of tasks. Consultants are hired for their expertise based upon need and availability. Travel required.

Strategic Partner - One that is united or associated with PCS-Global’s philosophies, products or service offerings. The alignment is mutually beneficial to both parities – individually or collectively as a company – with each working to enhance the other’s professional well-being.
