The basic subscription includes the Review, Summarization & Report of all your recorded In-bound calls, delivered to you before the opening of your next day. This report consists of the date, time, ad source, caller’s phone number, name and address (if available), name of call handler & a text summary of each call; all this available for as low as $1.89 /call. Further, your report information is customizable to meet your needs.

Red/911 Alert = Customer Recovery contact strongly recommended
Amber /411 Alert = Deserves Management Attention (via Caller or Handler)
Blue/S.A.D. = Potential Save-A-Deal (Your staff our ours should contact caller to attempt to set an appointment
Save-A-Deal option provides the above S.A.D. feature with a PCS-Global specialist handling the Customer Recovery contacts. With telePuLsE, we wave the standard $19.75 per call fee & only charge $69.75 if the prospect shows up at your dealership
